Everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and shipping
At Man of Cloth, we want you to genuinely love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we offer an easy return, exchange, and refund policy for eligible orders.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 10 days of delivery if:
The product is unused and unwashed
The product is in its original condition
Original tags and packaging are intact
The item has no stains, perfume, damage, or signs of wear
2. Eligible Reasons for Return
We accept returns/exchanges for:
Incorrect size ordered
Change of mind
Defective or damaged products
Wrong item received
Print/manufacturing defects
3. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
The product has been used, washed, or altered
Tags or original packaging are missing
The return request is raised after 10 days of delivery
The product is damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
4. Refund Options
Once the returned product passes quality inspection, you may choose between:
Refund to original payment method
Store credit
Size exchange/replacement (subject to stock availability)
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
5. Reverse Pickup
Reverse pickup will be arranged wherever serviceable
In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product
Reasonable courier charges may be reimbursed upon verification
6. Damaged / Wrong Product Claims
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos/videos of the issue along with your order number
We will prioritize replacement or refund for such cases.
At Man of Cloth, every order is packed carefully to ensure your product reaches you safely and on time.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 4–6 business days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
During high-demand periods, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Estimated Delivery:
Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 6–8 business days
Remote Locations: 8–10 business days Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or regional delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout
Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or on eligible prepaid orders
4. Failed Deliveries
Courier partners generally attempt delivery multiple times.
If delivery fails due to:
incorrect address,
unavailable recipient,
or unreachable contact number,
the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD availability depends on serviceable pin codes and order value.
We reserve the right to disable COD for certain high-risk or repeatedly returned orders.
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors within 7 days.
Exchange Process
Contact us (Click on the CONTACT tab on homepage) to initiate an exchange and we'll send you a replacement item.
